I love my career in Mortgage Lending and have never regretted leaving my Nursing career 13 years ago.  I find a tremendous amount of gratification in assisting first time homebuyers as well as seasoned Investors.  Taking care of my Clients and Realtors, with personal and professional care, has been the foundation of my business.

New and returning Clients appreciate the fact that I listen to their individual needs.  I take pride in providing excellent service to my Clients and Realtors on every transaction.

I have two assistants; Ben Held and Vicky Decenzo.  Vicky is a seasoned processor in the mortgage industry.  My assistant’s help me to always be organized and stay on top of the paperwork needed to keep our loan process efficient.  Their support allows me more time to assist my Clients and Realtors.  Ben Held is my son and right hand man the “Detail Man”.  I am the Yin and he is the Yang.  We have worked together for four years.

I try to be available evenings and weekends for my Clients & Realtors.  I am an investor, therefore I do understand investment real estate and how to successfully make it work whether residential or commercial.

We have many loan programs to assist all our Clients’ needs.
